*13 week contracts *multiple floors to choose from between 2 different hospitals *eligible for OT *patient ratios 1:5 *403b eligible

Cons

*no health benefits, PTO or any other benefits besides 403b and great hourly pay *first to float *can be reassigned based on hospital needs
