Pros
They train their employees. Their Insurance is good. The Denver Branch Manager is willing to listen to his employees regarding a machine being unreliable, and will discontinue a machine that will not satisfy the customer base. They will not pinch pennies by not ordering the parts you need to do your job.
Cons
As a technician for this company, you are writing a blank check on your time. Rather than hiring enough people for the work load, you will be expected to simply work as late as you have to to get all of the days work done. They will dangle promotions in front of you to keep you working hard, but the promotion will not ever come.
