Pros
Fast paced, never boring, good co-workers, promotes from within so you can rise to whatever level you are capable of as long as you are patient and opportunities arise. Good combination of team work and independence. All the coffee you can drink, and many other benefits. No weekend or holiday work.
Cons
Customers can be demanding ( what else is new). Employees are expected to apply themselves, so not a good company for people that need or want to be micro-managed.
