Pros

Some nice co-workers that ended up become some of my great friends. Free coffee.

Cons

No training. Outdated system. You can't ask any questions about why you are doing something. No clear answer on anything. No growth. You learn nothing here! Hire turnover. Managers talk about people behind their backs. Say they will do something and never do it. Always had to work through lunch because I was always in the building by myself, even when just learning how to do the job. When there were people in the building, managers were very sexist and there was sexual harassment and upper level harassment. I reported but was told to handle it myself. Was let go for having to have emergency surgery, but they said it was something else that happened. I asked them what happened and they wouldn't tell me, because I wasn't in the office... because I was at the hospital. I was already looking at other places by the time they fired me. Later on after this job, I had to go to therapy because of the harassment and diagnosed with ASD/Acute PTSD. THANKS FIRST CHOICE!

Pros

First Choice is a great company to work for with lots of opportunities to grow! The company is expanding fast, so there are always new positions opening up. I would say its collaborative work culture. A nice perk is the free snacks & coffee, some locations even have ice cream machines. The benefits and 401(k) are solid too. Overall, a great place to build a career!

Cons

PTO accrual could be improved

Pros

insurance, they pay be the hour, 8 hour work day

Cons

the time off and pay need some work. it shouldn't take 10 years to get 3 week of vacation. They need to care about the employees we all feel like just a #. A little bit of recognition goes a long way.
