Pros

I'm sure there is ample money to be made here and being able to be remote/work your own hours is a major plus.

Cons

This company will make you pay $500 for training and charges you $250 a month for "covering general costs". Since they work in selling businesses, some states will require you to have a Real Estate license. However, I was told they have a "way to work around that" by hiring other realtors rather than investing in you, the employee. The whole interview process was very vague and didn't really dive into how the company really works. Instead, they will try to lure you in with business trips to cool locations, etc. Not worth it!

Pros

The Nashville team was basically a family. We checked up on one another, knew about one another's families, activities, etc. The franchise owners, Adam and Patrick, were down-to-earth men with reality and fun to work with, they knew their stuff.

Cons

The franchisor isn't so great. They only care about delivering leads to their star performer; who they idol in every presentation or training they can get too. Additionally, they require a $500 initial training session over the course of a week where they deliver techniques that are outdated by over a decade with little to no real substance regarding "how to" do things such as negotiate deals, create CRMs, etc. Additionally, the comp structure is a joke. You are required to pay for your own leads, complete all the cold contact work, find, fix, and close dealers whereby then are immediately stripped of a franchisor's fee first for the commission before the commission is split 50/50 between you, who did everything, and the franchisee. The franchisor training provided is subpar and they are stuck in their ways. Despite the franchisee locations providing lists of recommendations for how to provide more inclusive hands-on training, train-the-trainer walkthroughs, and more one-on-one training with your local franchisee owners all recommendations fell on deaf ears. The franchisee owners, at least in Nashville, were great, but the franchisor owners, well, not so much to keep this P.G. rated.
