Pros
Great corporate culture!. My direct supervisor is very supportive to me and encourages me to expand my knowledge and training to allow me more options for advancement. The other management in the company, including the executives that I interact with are always very appreciative of the job I do and make sure to let me and my boss know about their appreciation.
Cons
There are some current adjustment issues with the company due to some recent changes. Cash America has spun off its online lending into a separate public company. There have been some personnel changes and moves because of this separation that will take some time to settle down and my result in some short term difficulties as they figure this out. Although the switch of company focus back to the Pawn and Retail side is a great path in the long term, it will include some difficult adjustment time.
