Paid commission on everything is the best part.
Cons
No work life balance. Get written up if your even one minute late in my district. How the company dealt with covid was horrible. Purposely have us short staffed and not let us hire people to make payroll look better, so much so that if someone has a emergency and has to leave, the store is in jeopardy of shutting down for the day.
