Your budgets are given to you half way into the month which isn't fair. Makes it harder to get commission. They run you short handed and then ride you for getting behind. Hourly paid is low but tell you to make it up on commissions. Supervisor EMAIL and TALK to you crazy but if you question anything they tell you that you are butthurt. Look pass people for promotions based on who they like or is a yes sir person instead of performance.
