A company going downhill - Anonymous employee First Cash Employee Review

They change so much on a daily basis, it is hard for folks in the field to keep up. There is no consistency in anything they do. My first 8 years with the company were great, they lived their core values. The last 2, terrible. They are having high turnover, cutting payroll hours in shops. Has become a culture of every man for himself with back stabbing and no loyalty.
