Better companies out there - Pawnbroker First Cash Employee Review

They've handled the coronavirus outbreak terribly in the city I live in. They want the employees to return to work without negative results, they don't help the lower profiting stores with the coverage they need. I've seen a lot of individuals overworked and underappreciated during my time with the company. It's no wonder they lose employees to their competition, or employees seeking job opportunities elsewhere. I've known Pawnbrokers that get overlooked by higher management because of personal preference. If I could share every story I've witnessed at this company people would be blown away by horrific way the DM I worked for spoke.
