      I had a good work crew so shifts flew by

      Cons

      You get treated bad on all ends, customers hate you because you can't meet them close to a deal they're asking for. Management in turn gets mad when sales are down but they don't want to cut any deals

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
