      You write your own check. Train your people to do well you will make more.

      Cons

      They could care less about their employees. They react only when needed. Very greedy. If it is you make a dollar or they make a dime they will accept that dime.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
