      Pros

      Nothing after the merge with First Cash.

      Cons

      Management will lie to your face and the DM doesnt care. You are told to force more money onto customers and enforce the stereotypes of a pawnshop. HIGH TURNOVER RATE!! I saw a lot of people quit in less than 6 months.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
