Bad pay Bad management You are always reminded that you’re replaceable Impossible goals so commission is affected Lots of gossip Employees don’t care Management doesn’t care No medical for associates You get suspended if you have to call in even if it’s an extreme emergency and you have paperwork to prove it. It’s laid back and can get slow, but that’s bad for your commission. Can’t take PTO between November-January Management plays favorites Lots of rumors spread Lots of sexual harassment Start all associates at same pay rate even if you have years of experience and other people have zero experience.
