      Pros

      None at all. Nothing. Nada

      Cons

      They slashed benefits. They reduced 401k contributions. They increased working hours. The downgraded the software we used at work. The changed their vacation policy. They changed their policies regarding returns and layaway and made it harder for use to help the customers. There is NO such thing as work life balance. I was a store manager for 3 years.

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
