Very low paying job, They start at $10.50 an hour in my region. This doesn't sound so bad for an unskilled job but considering that you are actually doing about 5 jobs and being worked like a mule its pathetic. Also, Cash America has a bunch of bs ethics and training classes that they send you to to try and make you feel like they "care" when in all actuality you are just a number. For example, I was fired for missing work due to documented car trouble and a hospital stay!!! Bottom line, Cash America makes all the money and you don't! Avoid them if possible, management is moronic at their best!
