      There no good reason to work for that company ... My experience in that company it was sooo bad !! I will never recommend that company to anybody

      Cons

      The smile program in that company don't work!!!!! Customer feel that you are selling a car to them .. Asking customer let make you a deal today ..it sound like a car dealership

      fun and varying work day, lots of down time, generous breaks, discounts.

      Cons

      district and regional leadership often some of the worst people depending on your district, lots of incompetent coworkers and managers.
