      Pros

      Nothing bad to say about First Capital. Great company culture, great benefits, amazing RRSP & Stock options, tuition reimbursement, & great company parties! (Pre-Covid)

      Cons

      Not a lot of room for promotions in Property Management, but this is because people love working here and don’t want to leave! Sometimes deadlines are a little too tight, but never overwhelming. Managers are always there to help.
