Pros
FCR’s culture and leadership play a huge role in the success of the company and in the growth of their employees. Getting to work with such a diverse and very driven team has also been part of the recipe for success here at FCR. As an FCR employee, I continue to learn and develop new skills every day and the positive working environment is a bonus.
Cons
Working collaboratively between departments can sometimes be a challenge. We all have the same goal but sometimes are not all on the same page. Some of our internal processes and way of doing things are more complicated than they should be.
