Pros
Overall, FCR is a good company to work for. They provide good benefits and decent pay. The environment and people are great with a hardworking culture - be the best at what you do work ethic. Professional and inspiring C Suite with interesting urban portfolio and developments to work on. FCR is quite active with its portfolio so there’s always something new and interesting to work on.
Cons
It would be great to have flexibility to work from home time to time as many put in long hours to get the job done. People training could be improved although we’re noticing some advancements, so there is potential.
