Pros
finding another nurse to give me all the information the staff should have given, and to show me the one person in this local office who was mature and helpful. Best tho- every place I worked continues to try recruiting me as one of their employees. Love them!
Cons
See above. Like pulling teeth to find any available assignments, they were not terribly interested in actually talking to us long enough to look up open shifts for us, often left facilities hanging. Oh yea, and they constantly forgot or didn't bother paying us for several weeks- often didn't pay what we signed/agreed upon, were supposed to be paid weekly- they didn't even bother to give access to pay stub info or W2.. barely got the latter after a long fight.
