Pros
Meeting different people. Helping people find work and helping to change their lives. It was fulfilling and the people were interesting!
Cons
Management is the absolute worst and can not be trusted. Your hard work is not appreciated -and you are taken advantage of by the managers. Corporate has no idea what half their managers are up to. They would be surprised to find out I'm sure!
