Great work/life balance. There was a great team environment built between the agents and the front line management team.
Cons
I'm not sure where to start. Unless you are desperate for a job RUN from not only first billing but also The Connor Group. Both companies have horrible reputations in how they treat their staff. FBS lied to me during the interview process and I later found out they had lied about their future to several other future now laid off employees as well. The leadership team lives in a dream world and even their clients know this. They have been talking about a BIG client for over 5 years to multiple prominent members of the business community in Dayton and Cincinnati but it never happens. They hire people under this false pretense as well but after the new employees are brought on board the funds are not there to pay salaries because 'duh they are lying and the clients are not there'. Multiple people have been hired under this lie and then layer off. The only plus side is that now most in both areas know that this company is a joke and that the Connor Group is every bit as bad. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is a laughing stalk in the community!
