Form bonds with the children and you treat them like your own

Drama everywhere, managers only care about themselves not the children or employees. They don’t hold many events for the children or employees. Pay is ok, but not what it should be for qualified teachers. Everyone brings their personal life into the job. They do not fire people who need to be fired. They do not go by guidelines or laws. There is no training outside of watching videos and getting a certification. You learn as you go by being told not to do something
