      Easy to get there. It had a couple of innovative departments and initiatives. Big clients. No marketing strategy.

      Cons

      Terrible working culture (hierarchy, micromanagement, sexism, etc). Generally low salaries. Poor benefits and offices.

      High learning curve as you would get work with growing contracting companies

      The workload is a bit too much and the software is growing so it not the best
