Pros
Like any bank, a credit union gives you all federal holidays off. If you are full-time then you get paid for them. If you are part-time, you do not get paid for the holidays that the bank is closed or you must use your accrued time off.
Cons
These are absolutely awful people to work for. You do the best you can and are given nothing but compliments for years but then in the end they treat you like trash.
