Where to start?! 30 years in sales and property management and this was by far the worst workplace Ive had; and its not close. Bad culture. Toxic even. So many broken promises. That's probably why the only staff who last longer than six months are family. Nepotism is through the roof. One rule for family, another for the employees who are treated as if paid property. They had their reviews removed from Google which was a huge red flag I wished I had noted. Another red flag was their social media which is all about how good it is to work there. In an over the top way. They clock watched me, wanting me and my colleagues to work 80 hours a week and then say thanks for the privilege. They make stupid rules that I have not experienced elsewhere just to control their staff. They're probably watching me right now. Can't emphasize enough that nobody should work in a culture this bad. I wish I could award less than 1 star.
