Pros
Large organization - boast how big we are globally;
Investment in tech and relatively easy to get attention on some projects Some good leadership and strategic thinkers from the Sterling side (yet to be impressed by anyone from the FA side from a leadership viewpoint)
Cons
Fragmented approach to customer management - decisions are being made in silo without affected individuals in the room
Run very lean - very little opportunity for advancement/career growth
Compensation is minimal - workload is huge

Poor choice in Team Leads
Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
