      Work from home but do not fall for the trap the useless management will ask you to work for 6days a week

      Cons

      No proper trainer no proper support from TL or managers they do not have any process knowledge really don’t know how they climbed the ladders and unbelievable target is set by the senior manager.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
