Pros

CEO is a nice man. Work life balance is good. Made some good acquisitions for this business to help growth- Sterling last week, fingerprinting, I9, Corp Screening. Will they be able to retain the right people for the business?

Cons

Product leader was bad and now gets promoted and is now running sales, product and President of company? No thank you! Micromanagement at the highest there with her. Lots of leadership leaving- Why? Silver Lake needs to take another look at this.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Cons

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
