      Pros

      Independent work, supervisors take a vested interest. Company has advancement opportunities for those who desire to pursue them. Good expense reimbursements.

      Cons

      Alot of overtime is likely, and is not compensated fairly. The more hours you work, the less per hour you earn. Other than that, benefit package was good and work was enjoyable.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
