None the first 8 years were great the last 2 were terrible. Management needs get a clue!!!

The first 8 years were great the last 2 were terrible. Management needs get a clue!!! They make decisions based on upper management they have no clue how a process works. They need to communicate with their teams honestly. I not have so called all associates calls with taped questions and prepared fake answers.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Cons

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
