      Wonderful place to work for giving all the opportunites to play around and help you to improve individual value along with Company growth.

      Cons

      Would need to revise the HR Policies which are in line with Operation floor where it should have fibercation with App Dev and IT.

      remote positions work life balance direct report supervisor easy to work with

      work can be repetitive some employees get away with doing bare minimum while others get additional assignments pay could be better
