      First Advantage has a wealth of creative, knowledgeable and talented employees all working towards a common goal - delivering on customer requirements! The all new First Advantage continuously strives to deliver first time every time.

      Cons

      As with all truly global businesses we still have some work to do to be fully rounded, but no good business comes without challenges - they just need to be achieved.

      Pros

      Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

      Cons

      Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
