Pros
The customer success department is exploding with top talent and leadership is working to ensure that talent gets harnessed and put into action. FADV has spent several years rebuilding the organization and the next 12 months are going to be so exciting. There has been a lot of cleaning house going on but that is absolutely necessary when trying to build a performance culture.
Cons
Issues with project management and solutions. While some people are always willing to help there are those still who refuse to go above and beyond their job description.
