Salary on time, and good people.
Cons
No wok life balance, specially your morning shift is cruel. They make you woke after your shift and cannot leave work without completing your target, even if it is women they wud want you to leave on your own only after you complete your work. 3pm shift ends but we work until 7 and leave after that and reach home only post 9 pm on our own and the office is not responsible and our safety doenst count.
