Manager located in another State therefore worked with 100% autonomy and so was able to build bridges with other units that that Manager had neglected.
Cons
Company did not value their employees; the office was in a bit of disrepair, the raises were small, training program for new hires did not exist, no performance standards set and Human Resources was not an advocate.
