8yThank you for your feedback! We’d like to address your concerns regarding the 401(k) match. In previous years, we’ve calculated the employee match as an annual lump sum. In 2018, we’re providing the company match biweekly, concurrent with employee pay periods and in line with industry best practices. Our company match previously vested immediately and continues to do so with the new bi-weekly deposits. This is a key feature of our plan, which we hope will enhance the 401(k) benefit for employees over the long-term.
Regarding your colleague’s paid time off, all PTO is accrued on a bi-weekly schedule based on years of service, and the schedule is outlined in the Employee Handbook. If you have any questions regarding the accrual schedule, please reach out to your HR business partner for clarification.
