Keep hiring people that don't actually work No Pay Raises - minimal merit increase Everyone has the 'Not my job' mentality No official training - thank god for coworkers Only a numbers game for the upper management - how much revenue will they bring. When will we get the revenue, etc. No clear job titles/responsibilities - everything changes daily
