Pros

Worked for a FADV subsidiary company based out of New York called Backtrack Reports. Literally the only Pro was my two co-workers I had next to me. We kept eachother sane.

Cons

My first job out of college and this gave me the opportunity to move to NYC. Pay was horrible, don't expect to live comfortably in NYC if you work here. Luckily I had some help from my parents which allowed me to live reasonably, otherwise I'd be a broke joke out on the street with their salary they offered. I didn't know any better coming out of college so I took the job. HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT... HORRIBLE! Not at all motivating, picks on everyone and anything if it's not done their way and not open to change. Health benefits are confusing as hell... if you still qualify to be under your parents health insurance then stay with them and save a little bit of your salary by declining the health benefits. Honestly I could write 10-12 pages of everything that is wrong for my company.

Pros

Remote first company Once out of operations you really manage your own time.

Cons

Excessive Workloads Poor choice in Team Leads Don’t get sick and if you do pray it doesn’t last longer than your FMLA 12 weeks because they will fire you! Even after 8 years of employment. Even when it is documented that they are responsible for the health issues caused by burnout!
