Pros
Excellent onboarding process and a very supportive team. They do a great job of providing the tools and mentorship needed to start contributing early.
Cons
Because the role is fully remote, you miss out on in-person interaction during the first few weeks. This makes the initial "getting to know you" phase a bit more of a digital effort than it would be in a physical office.
