Pros
I got an opportunity to work with FAB during the Covid days. Even thought the process and training was online, it was done properly with full procedures.
Cons
No staff available. Approvals for system updates delayed by 2-3 days. Got yelled at because I dint follows the IT procedures even thought nobody briefed me. Team leaders are the worst - yelled at me for working in a bank previously and not knowing how their system and apps work. FYI - NOT ALL BANKS WORK THE SAME WAY OR HAVE SAME POLICIES.
