You’ll gain valuable experience in advanced mind-reading skills, since instructions and expectations may not always be provided upfront. You’ll learn that being proficient in a program can still be questioned if your work doesn’t magically match an unspoken formatting preference.
Cons
Training is apparently replaced by criticism and guesswork. You’ll be told you “don’t know how to use a program” if your work isn’t formatted exactly the way the owner imagined. Clear direction seems to be optional, but meeting unspoken expectations is not. A 12-hour day is plenty of time to experience the management style.
