      Management leaves you along as long as your jobs get done. Great crews on the alarm side all around. Glad I made this move.

      Cons

      We need to hire more guys like last week! We have several large jobs starting soon and we need more licensed and experienced guys on board.

      Cons

      Management favors certain employees. They operate with a win at ALL costs mentality, Lack of respect for new experienced, qualified technicians. Shady business practices.
