      Guarantee and benefits are ok

      Cons

      Management does not offer a clear promotion path for technicians. If you want to move into management, expect to take a large pay cut. Almost impossible for sales to hit bonuses. Techs and management constantly battle. What's good for management to hit their numbers usually hurts the techs pay. Not so much a team as everyone competeting against each other.

      Pros

      Never have to worry about warranty time, manager will add flatrate time if needed. Weekly pay, decent health, dental, and vision, company match on 401k but you have to contribute 6% and they match half that.

      Cons

      PTO is a flat 8 hours instead of it being based off your avg flat rate time which is usually higher, inconsistent work flow.
