      Base Pay is good. Bonus Structure is Generous. Benefits are VERY GOOD. Retirement is well structured.

      Work/Life Balance. Growth is stagnant. Upper management is hesitant to address issues.

      Pros

      Never have to worry about warranty time, manager will add flatrate time if needed. Weekly pay, decent health, dental, and vision, company match on 401k but you have to contribute 6% and they match half that.

      Cons

      PTO is a flat 8 hours instead of it being based off your avg flat rate time which is usually higher, inconsistent work flow.
