      Medical and 401k benefits are good.

      Cons

      Company changed direction to try and be more like a big box store not an auto shop (don't know why they think that's good for anyone). Pay used to be competitive pre pandemic but did not adjust with the times.

      Pros

      They do pay for check-outs and diag as anyone should. .1 to get in vehicle and pull it in(courtesy check). .3 for brake check, basic checks.

      Cons

      They start you off low as far as per flat rate pay then are stingy on increases. Typical corporate greed. They are major contributors to the state of the most abused profession in the skilled work industry: Automotive Technician
