The vision of what the CEO would like Firefly to become is amazing.
Cons
The management claims to be trauma informed, it is not. Recently the focus has been attempting to force clinicians to sign year long contracts. This has been enforced by letting the clinicians know that if they do not sign the contract their salaries will be lowered. The clinical decisions on transferring clients are now being made by the front desk staff. The focus now is on hiring pre licensed staff in order to lower costs. During the annual review process the employee is given the opportunity to fill out their thoughts. These thoughts are not taken into account, and the reviews are in no way collaborative.
