      1) Good place for freshers, can experience the movie making process in south Indian films. Note: Only for beginners. 2) You can always pinch an idea, everyone will help in executing it.

      Cons

      1) Salary is not credited on time. 2) Hectic working hours, in crunch time you will have to stay over night at office. 3) No benefits. 4) No proper pipeline.
