I don't recommend this company - Sales Consultant Fired Earth Employee Review

Poor management on every level. There is no one to turn to if you have a problem. Store managers not concerned with staff motivation - more interested with their own self importance. Poor (next to none) support from Head Office with any customer issues. Employees are not looked after at all. Massive amount of product information to learn for little pay. No sick pay which is unheard of at this level of retail.
